The Change in Microbial Diversity and Mycotoxins Concentration in Corn Silage after Addition of Silage Additives

In our study the presence of bacteria, yeast, and microscopic fungi was evaluated. Three forms corn silage were made including without additive, with microbial additive (lactic acid bacteria), nutritional (urea). Silage additives applied to matter within recommended dosage, then ensiled into plastic bags stored at a constant temperature. After 5.5 months storage, average samples for mycotoxins analysis taken. From microbiological points, plate count agar method enumeration total lactic enterococci, yeasts, mass spectrometry microbiota identification used. total, 43 species bacteria yeasts 6 genera identified from all silages. The most isolated Lentilactobacillus buchneri Kazachstania exigua resp. Aspergillus Penicillium fungi. Mycotoxins determined by HPLC-MS/MS divided two groups as regulated emerging. silages only Fusarium observed. All silages, regardless addition highest in nivalenol content. Deoxynivalenol beauvericin concentrations present urea. Although content variants changed, these changes not statistically significant. general, Lacticaseibacillus casei urea affect diversity; however, hygienic quality whole crop negatively changed.
